5.18. Any waiver by either Party of a breach of any provision of this <br />Agreement shall not affect, in any respect, the validity of the remainder <br />of this Agreement. <br />5.19. This Agreement shall be controlled by the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />5.20. This Agreement shall be for an indefinite term and shall be subject <br />to annual review by the City and the Consultant.
