From finalization of the floor agenda to <br />distribution there will be approximately 4 hours for staff <br />to complete the agenda packet. Presently, we have Thursday <br />afternoon and all of Friday. Staff is willing to <br />accommodate the desires of the City Council, but will a <br />Thursday disbribution of Agenda Packets actually result in <br />more time for review of materials and better responses to <br />Council questions about these materials? <br />Improvement in the Process Staff is Immediately Implementing <br />Complete floor agenda to be broadcast on Cable TV by no <br />later than 9 A.M. on Mondays; <br />Complete floor agenda posted in the lobby at City Hall; <br />Two complete agenda packets will be available by Monday A.M. <br />for public review at the front counter and during the <br />Council meeting. Please note that staff has always <br />attempted to keep meeting participants informed as to their <br />specific action item by providing them with information <br />generated by staff on that item. <br />Page 212 <br />
