MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 13, 1980 <br />Acceptance <br />Of Dianna <br />Lane <br />Sewer & <br />Water <br />Yorkton <br />Development <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80 -8 -306 - DELETING THE DEFERRED WATER <br />ASSESSMENT ON PARCEL 53- 5420 - 170 -00, AUD. 1814, D/P 1814 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Scalze, Nadeau, DeBace, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 197. <br />The City Engineer submitted to Council a letter recommending the <br />acceptance of Dianna Lane. The street is now repaired and the contractors <br />would like their bond released. <br />Councilman DeBace asked the status of the wall on Dianna Lane. The <br />Engineer reported that the City has never accepted the wall. The wall <br />was installed after the road and done by a private engineer. <br />Councilwoman Scalze asked the City Clerk if this acceptance of Dianna <br />Lane would have anything to do with the Thomas claim. The City Clerk <br />stated that this claim has already been submitted to the insurance <br />company. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 -8 -307 - ACCEPTING DIANNA LANE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 197. <br />The City Engineer recommended to Council the acceptance of the sanitary <br />sewer and water on the Yorkton Development. The Engineer stated that <br />this recommendation does not include the acceptance of any streets. <br />Councilman DeBace asked about Ryan <br />is a six -inch loop on Ryan Drive. <br />water on Ryan Drive to service the <br />thought the buildings were getting <br />Drive. The Engineer stated that there <br />DeBace commented that there is no <br />buildings on that street.
