515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600
(612) 484 -2177 / FAX: (612) 484 -4538
August 4, 1994
TO: Mayor Hanson and Members of the City Council
FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Administrative Assistant
RE: Agenda Policy
MA YOR
Raymond G. Hanson
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Morelan
Bob Pedersen
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
The following Agenda Policy is a result of my discussion with
Council Member Morelan on this matter. Changes from what the
current policy are as follows:
*Items received after the Floor Agenda is finalized and
published will be included in a separate packet from the
Council Agenda Packet. Currently, the Floor Agenda is
sent to the Press at Noon on Thursday prior to the meeting.
Requests received Thursday afternoon and on Friday have
been included in Council Agenda Packets.
*Requests which come in after the Thursday noon deadline
which can be delayed to a subsequent Council meeting, will
be delayed. In the past if an applicant were insistent
that their item be considered at the next Council meeting,
staff would schedule that discussion after informing the
applicant of the Council's perogative to table.
Page 15
