Hanson <br />Attached is the contract for financial advisory services from <br />Ehlers & Associates. We have specified some additional services <br />which would be included as a base fee service noted under "On- <br />Going Consulting Services ". The fee schedule as indicated is <br />consistent with their proposal. As stated earlier, this somewhat <br />higher fee arrangement should prove cost effective due to the <br />level of on -going services Ehler's is providing. You will also <br />note that the fee schedule proposed is set for a two year period. <br />Therefore, I recommend adoption of the contract as presented. <br />Pape 10- <br />
