Application for Conditional Use, November 23, 1994, Page 2. <br />The following information has been included along with this <br />request: <br />1. A survey of the shopping center showing the location of <br />the proposed new pylon sign on Rice Street and the <br />placement of the relocated pylon sign on County Road C. <br />A full sized drawing and a reduced 8.5" x 11" <br />reproducibly copy of the drawing has been included. <br />2. A color drawing showing the exact dimensions of the new <br />pylon sign. A black and white reproducible drawing has <br />also been included. <br />3. A list of the property owners on the West side of Rice <br />Street located within 350' of the property. This list <br />has been prepared by Land Title, Inc. Little Canada <br />Staff has indicated that they will provide a list of <br />property owners within 350' on the shopping center that <br />are located in Little Canada. <br />4. A check in the amount of $400.00. <br />5. A completed copy of the Agreement Between Owner /Applicant <br />and City of Little Canada As To Costs.
