Proposed Solution
To achieve the goal of obtaining accurate data about the needs,
satisfaction, perceptions, and expectations of Little Canada
residents and businesses, Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, Inc.
proposes to conduct high - quality surveys of randomly selected
adult residents and businesses in the City of Little Canada. This
survey can be successfully conducted by either mail or telephone.
Our proposed solution uses a six -phase research process that
incorporates the proven research methods Anderson - Niebuhr has
used successfully during the past 20 years.
The six research phases are as follows:
1. Project design
2. Sampling design
3. Questionnaire development
4. Data collection
5. Data analysis
6. Reporting
In addition, our process incorporates a strong client - relationship
component that is integrated into each of the research phases.
Within each of these phases, Anderson - Niebuhr gives careful
attention to the methodology to ensure that the desired outcome of
each phase is achieved and, accordingly, the results are valuable
to the City.
Page 12 4
