In addition to <br />conducting market research projects, the firm is recognized as a <br />leader in providing professional training nationally for people who <br />wish to improve their research skills. <br />Proposed Team Members and Qualifications <br />Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, Inc. employs a staff of <br />professional, technical, and administrative employees who are <br />trained and experienced in conducting high - quality research. All <br />members of our senior research staff are skilled and experienced <br />in designing and implementing community studies. <br />The Anderson - Niebuhr professional staff who will work most <br />closely with the City of Little Canada on this research project will <br />consist of Dr. John Anderson, Marsha Niebuhr, and Randi <br />Stillman. <br />John Anderson and Marsha Niebuhr are principals and founders of <br />Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, Inc. and have many years of <br />experience conducting community studies. They are co- authors of <br />the second edition of a widely used textbook on survey research, <br />Questionnaires: Design and Use (1986). <br />They participate annually in conferences sponsored by the <br />American Marketing Association (AMA), American Society of <br />Quality Control (ASQC), and the Association for Quality and <br />Participation (AQP). They also founded the Special Interest Group <br />on Survey Research, an organization within the American <br />Educational Research Association established to improve the <br />methods used to conduct survey research. <br />In addition, Dr. Anderson has published market research articles in <br />a variety of professional joumals and publications, including <br />Joumal of Marketing, Joumal of Applied Psychology, and <br />Marketing News. <br />Randi Stillman is a research associate at Anderson - Niebuhr and is <br />responsible for project management, questionnaire design, <br />statistical interpretation, and report writing.
