Fahey asked if the City could set a policy of charging that would <br />be different for those trailer parks that are not hooked up to City <br />water. Fahey asked if there would be a problem with this legally. <br />The City Clerk stated that the City's current policy is based on S.:C <br />2:rs. Scalze commented that every home that feels they do not want water <br />would have the same case as Mrs. Anderson. <br />After reviewing the ordinance, Mr. Fahey stated :hat it says the City <br />must set a minimum charge. However, it does not say that everyone <br />must be treated the same. Mr. Fahey commented that he would be willing <br />to change this for the trailer parks not hooked up and wait for someone <br />to challenge the City on it. <br />Fahey stated that the charge should be based <br />rather than street frontage. <br />Mr. Forsberg commented that the City should <br />Trailer Park the same also. <br />Mr. Hanson commented that he would like the Attorney to look into it. <br />Hanson felt in this way the Council would have a better handle on the <br />situation. <br />units. <br />on watermain frontage <br />treat the North Star :states <br />Mr. Forsberg commented that he feels the users <br />maintenance of the water system.
