Mayor & City Council Page 2 <br />June 17, 1994 <br />From a legal perspective, I am not sure if a contract presently <br />exists with ACM. However, in the contract which expired on <br />January 31, 1992, a provision exists calling for 90 days notice <br />prior to the expiration date if we intended not to renew the <br />agreement. It is my opinion that we should provide ACM with a 90 <br />day notice thereby switching service to ACSI effective October <br />1st.
