Hanson <br />Enclosed is the renewal of the engineering contract with <br />Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. Changes which <br />have been made are indicated by underlining or stike -out. The <br />changes indicated clarify a number of areas which have caused <br />concern in the past couple of years. I also believe they provide <br />greater equity to both parties. <br />Final discussions with Marvin Sorvala of Bonestroo will occur <br />prior to Wednesday's meeting. It is possible that some <br />additional changes could be forthcoming. I am also asking the <br />City Attorney to conduct a review of the document for his <br />approval. Subject to my discussion with Mr. Sorvala and the <br />comments of the City Attorney, it would be my recommendation that <br />we renew the contract as presented. <br />JRH:kpv <br />Enclosures <br />Page 75 <br />
