AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />AND <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on June 22, 1994, by and between <br />the City of Little Canada, hereinafter called the City and Bonestroo, <br />Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., hereinafter called the Consultant: <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, it is the goal of the City to obtain engineering services in <br />a cost effective and timely manner; and <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to retain a consulting engineer from time to <br />time to perform professional services for general engineering, the <br />construction of public works projects, and other duties as may be directed <br />by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Consultant deem it mutually advantageous to set <br />forth the details of their relationship in writing: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree that the following shall <br />constitute an agreement for Consultant services. <br />SECTION 1. CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />1.1 Basic Services <br />1.1.1. The City herewith employs the Consultant to perform and the <br />Consultant herewith agrees to perform the services hereinafter described. <br />Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute an exclusive right on the part <br />of the Consultant to perform engineering services for the City. At such <br />time as the City deems it necessary the City may contract with other <br />engineering service consultants for the performance of any of the services <br />hereinafter described. <br />1.1.2.
