ORDINANCE NO. 379 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.020, G.3. <br />OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO CHAIN LINK FENCES AND SCREENING <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section <br />Code of the City ofOLittle Canada isn hereby damendedetoureadpas <br />follows: <br />903.020.G.3. The screening required herein shall consist <br />of a chain link fence with slats, or a solid fence or wall <br />constructed from masonry, brick, wood and /or steel. Such fence <br />or wall shall not exceed eight (8) feet in height or be less <br />than six (6) feet in height. Screening shall not extend within <br />fifteen (15) feet of any street and shall be placed along the <br />property line. In the case of screening along the street, <br />screening shall be fifteen (15) feet from the street with <br />landscaping (trees, scrubs, grass, and other planting) between <br />the screening and the boulevard. All fences and walls shall be <br />constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements <br />of Section 903.020.F.4. In addition, the required maintenance <br />of chain link fences with slats shall include the replacement of <br />broken slats, damaged posts, and bent or broken rails.
