MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 23, 2013 <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013-10-192 — APPROVING A PUD PERMIT <br />FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE USE OF 2968 <br />RICE STREET FOR MIXED COMMERCIAL PURPOSES SUBJECT <br />TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />OCTOBER 4, 2013 AND THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION, WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT FOR <br />CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER, SUBJECT TO DIRK BORDSEN <br />ENTERING INTO A PUD AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY <br />OUTLINING THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AS WELL AS <br />ESTABLISHING A PROCESS FOR THE POTENTIAL <br />ACQUISITION AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THIS PROPERTY, <br />SUBJECT TO THE CITY ENGINEER'S REVIEW AND ANY <br />SUBSEQUENT REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO STORM WATER <br />CONTROL FOR THIS SITE, AND ESTABLISHING A PAVING <br />DEADLINE OF JUNE 30, 2014 AND CLARIFYING THAT THERE IS <br />TO BE NO OUTDOOR STORAGE ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution as duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
