The CM should suggest design options to the Owner and Architect <br />but refrain from imposing their design bias on the Owner with respect to program matters <br />or architectural design that may adversely affect the cooperative efforts of the Owner. <br />5. Demonstrate an ability to provide efficiencies in design without sacrificing functionality or <br />compromising cost control measures. <br />6. Understand the legal aspects of government construction contracts pertaining to advertising, <br />bidding, and change orders. <br />7. Experience of the firm, the assigned CM and the assigned site superintendent for similar <br />projects <br />8. Ensure bid packaging that enables the City to tax maximum advantage of it sates tax <br />exempt status. <br />9, Work cooperatively and collaboratively with the Architect in the best interest of the Owner. <br />10. Insist on contractor adherence to quality performance, schedules, budgets, and overall <br />accuracy through strict inspections. <br />11. Efficiently coordinate the contracts of multiple prime contractors. <br />12. Conduct himself /herself professionally with dignity, integrity, and honesty. <br />13. Have sufficient resources to dedicate to this project to meet the Owner's schedule. <br />GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PROPOSAL PROCESS: <br />• INQUIRIES: The person designated below shall be the only contact for all inquiries <br />regarding any aspect of this process and its requirements.
