We don't believe so, a site visit would be necessary to confirm. <br />• Is the roofing system in a good state of repair or will that need to be repaired /replaced as part of the new <br />building project (or within a few years)? You would probably need a roofing consultant or architect to evaluate <br />this item. If you like we can provide reputable recommendations. <br />• Are there any other issues we should be aware regarding the re -use of this space that can be readily identified <br />from the plan sheet and an on -site visit by the structural engineer? Again, a site visit would be necessary. <br />If possible, I would like to obtain a quote for your services to undertake this evaluation by noon on Wednesday, <br />November 13`h. Your quote also needs to indicate how long it will take to deliver the final report from the date we <br />notify you that you have been selected to perform this work.
