RC;F-lETECTS PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />• Comply with City zoning requirements. <br />• Analyze and incorporate sustainable building design and systems <br />options which provide the appropriate balance of initial cost and <br />long -term payback to meet the City's budget and timeline. <br />• Develop master plan(s) to ensure the current and future success of <br />Public Works and Parks operations, including the potential for future <br />expansion to the building(s). <br />• Develop options for the City Hall renovation / remodel, we <br />understand that the amount of work that may be done at the City <br />Hall will be contingent upon the amount of budget that can be <br />allocated to the renovations after the initial design options of the <br />Public Works / Parks facility are designed and evaluated. <br />• Evaluation of the proposed (recently purchased) site and buildings. <br />• Evaluation of the current operations of Public Works and Parks <br />departments, equipment, buildings. <br />• Evaluation and renovation of the potential use of the existing <br />commercial building (6,000 sq. ft.) <br />• Master planning and Design of the entire site, all buildings, all <br />Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural systems, and all maintenance <br />equipment systems to ensure a successful project for the Public <br />Works and Parks departments of the City of Little Canada. <br />• Complete the building within the project budget and timeline. <br />32 <br />to# 4 <br />
