EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />September 13, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said <br />City on the 13th day of September, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY 1996 <br />TAX LEVY AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The preliminary 1996 tax levy is as follows: <br />GROSS TAX LEVY <br />Less: <br />HACA <br />NET TAX LEVY FOR CERTIFICATION <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />The Council is required to certify the preliminary tax levy to <br />the County Auditor by September 15, 1995. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota that the Council hereby approves the <br />preliminary 1996 tax levy in the amount of $ <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Council this 13th day of September, 1995. <br />Page 133 <br />
