(1) A subsidized cost of at- the -door refuse collection <br />service for physically handicapped residents. <br />(2) A subsidized cost of half of the minimun level (30 <br />gallon) refuse collection rate for residents who's annual household <br />income is at or below the very low income level established by the <br />US Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />(E) Recyclable Materials. The materials designated as <br />recyclable shall be the sole property of the City or its designated <br />contractor from the time set out for collection by the residents. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the City or its <br />designated contractor, to collect any items that are designated as <br />recyclable materials and set out for collection as part of the <br />City's curbside recycling program. <br />809.150. VIOLATIONS. Any person, entity, firm, or <br />corporation violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1995. <br />Michael I.
