MINUTES City Council Jan. 28, 1987 Imp. No. 8701 (Cont.) Donovan Construction Conditional Use Permit Agenda Item No. 7 The matter will be discussed at the February 11 Council meeting, unless there is need to call a special meeting for next Wednesday. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1 -26 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 87 -1, THE PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT REGARDING TRANSMISSION FACILITY AND THE CELLULAR ONE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UNTIL THE FEBRUARY 11, 1987 COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 26. its adoption: Mr. Ken Bergmann, representing Donovan Construction, appeared before the Council requesting approval of a conditional use permit to use a mobile home as a temporary office on the Donovan property. Donovan Construction would like to add additional office space, however, cannot be issued a building permit to do so until the road issue in this area has been resolved and a building moratorium lifted. Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the conditional use permit. There was no one from the general public wishing to comment on this request. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1 -27 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE DONOVAN CONSTRUCTION REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO USE A MOBILE HOME AS A TEMPORARY OFFICE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 27. Fahey suggested that action on the conditional use permit be tabled until the road issue is resolved, hopefully, at the next Council meeting. Page 2 1
