No. <br />8701 (Cont.) <br />Donovan <br />Construction <br />Conditional <br />Use Permit <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 7 <br />The matter will be discussed at the February 11 Council meeting, <br />unless there is need to call a special meeting for next Wednesday. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1 -26 - CONTINUING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 87 -1, <br />THE PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT REGARDING <br />TRANSMISSION FACILITY AND THE CELLULAR <br />ONE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UNTIL THE <br />FEBRUARY 11, 1987 COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 26. <br />its adoption: <br />Mr. Ken Bergmann, representing Donovan Construction, appeared before <br />the Council requesting approval of a conditional use permit to use <br />a mobile home as a temporary office on the Donovan property. Donovan <br />Construction would like to add additional office space, however, <br />cannot be issued a building permit to do so until the road issue <br />in this area has been resolved and a building moratorium lifted. <br />Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission has recommended <br />approval of the conditional use permit. <br />There was no one from the general public wishing to comment on this <br />request. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -1 -27 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE DONOVAN CONSTRUCTION REQUEST FOR <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO USE A MOBILE HOME <br />AS A TEMPORARY OFFICE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 27. <br />Fahey suggested that action on the conditional use permit be tabled <br />until the road issue is resolved, hopefully, at the next Council <br />meeting. <br />Page 2 <br />1 <br />
