LITTLE CANADA REFUSE SERVICE CONTRACT <br />THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into this day of <br />, 19_, by and between the CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, a <br />municipal corporation in the County of Ramsey, herein referred to <br />as "City," and Woodlake Sanitary Service, Inc., a Minnesota <br />corporation, Gene's Disposal, Inc.,a Minnesota corporation, <br />Bellaire Sanitation, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and Joe <br />Horrigan d /b /a Joe Horrigan Hauling, herein referred to <br />collectively as "Contractor." <br />R E C I T A L S: <br />WHEREAS, the City requires the collection and disposal of <br />garbage and rubbish, yard waste, and recyclables from residences <br />in the City of Little Canada; <br />Whereas, the Contractor is an organization of licensed <br />haulers in the City of Little Canada engaged in the business of <br />collection and disposing of garbage and rubbish, yard waste, and <br />recyclables; and <br />Whereas, the City desires to hire the services of the <br />Contractor and the Contractor desires to provide services to the <br />City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties: <br />1. Term. <br />A. Three Years. This Contract shall be in full force and <br />effect for the period beginning November 25, 1995 and <br />ending December 1, 1998. <br />B. Option. At the conclusion of the original term, the <br />Contractor shall have the option to renew this Contract <br />for an additional three year term upon such terms and <br />conditions as the parties shall mutually agree.
