3. A container of <br />(2) containers <br />gallons. <br />4. A container of <br />(3) containers <br />gallons. <br />60 gallons or a limit of two <br />not to exceed a total of 60 <br />90 gallons or a limit of three <br />not to exceed a total of 90 <br />5. Five (5) containers of 30 gallons not to <br />exceed 150 gallons in capacity. <br />B. Christmas trees cut into lengths of three feet (3') <br />or less. <br />C. Separate yard waste collection service and separate <br />recyclables collection service. <br />D. Refuse collection service shall not include the <br />collection of: <br />1. Items such as batteries, tires, construction <br />material, motor oils, and paint in liquid <br />form. <br />2. White goods. <br />3. Limbs, brush and such other items. <br />4. Animal waste and solid waste materials <br />resulting from industrial, commercial, and <br />agricultural operations, and from community <br />activities. <br />5. Earthen fill, boulders, rock, and other <br />materials normally handled in construction <br />operations, solids or dissolved materials in <br />domestic sewage or other significant <br />pollutants in waste resources, such as silt, <br />dissolved or suspended solids in industrial <br />waste water effluent, dissolved materials in <br />irrigation return flows; or other common water <br />pollutants. <br />E. Location. Residential dwelling units shall have, as <br />required by the City ordinance, their container <br />located at the boulevard adjoining the curb on or <br />before 7:00 a.m. on the designated day of <br />collection. <br />F. Frequency. Each residential dwelling unit shall <br />have its refuse collected a minimum of once per <br />4 <br />Page 76 <br />
