Planning and Design Consulting
*Planning
• Drafting.
• Facilities
Management
2900 South McLeod Strait Duran-111e, Mitmesota 55337 -5621 (612)890-6297 - Offioe (612) 890 -1579 - Fax (612) 670.7912 - Mobile •
Heritage Office Park, the Project, will be controlled by Restrictive Covenants which will be put
in place to control the exteriors of the buildings and the use of the grounds.
Exteriors: All exterior materials, Roof Shingles
Metal Fascia and Soffit
Stucco Siding
Clad Windows
Stone Base will remain consistent as to colors and texture.
Use of Grounds: All grounds are to held in common with an association maintaining them.
All owners have the ability to use the grounds as allowed in the association documents. The most
visible use of the grounds which would impact the covenants is the installation of television or
satellite antennas. Any businesses that require antennas for the transmission or reception of data
will be allowed to use them but a standard for these installations will be developed. A common
location may not be appropriate but would certainly facilitate the aesthetics of the property.
Use of Parking areas will also fall under the aspices of the documents.
No vehicle or material storage will be allowed in the open parking areas. Twenty-four enclosed
parking spaces are being provided for this purpose.
Page 66
