Harmless and Indemnifies it for any loss is required. <br />The City requires a $500 deposit for Spooner Park <br />facilities and a $1,000 deposit for Pioneer Park <br />facilities to ensure that park facilities are cleaned <br />and left in the same condition as they were prior to <br />the tournament and to cover any damage which may occur. <br />This provision also includes maintaining the park <br />facilities at all times during the tournament. That <br />is, the concession stand and bathroom facilities must <br />be clean and orderly, and there can be no debris laying <br />or blowing around the park and into neighboring <br />properties. Refuse disposal must occur as- needed <br />throughout the tournament. At the minimum, trash <br />containers must be emptied. Costs association with <br />this function are the responsibility of the tournament <br />operator. <br />* Any damage to park facilities during or as a result of <br />a tournament shall be the responsibility of the <br />tournament operators irrespective of the cause. <br />* Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the park <br />except for licensed sales. <br />* Any group desiring to sell alcohol as part of their <br />tournament would be subject to the following: <br />Approved Temporary Liquor License & $40 fee; <br />Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance with <br />limits of $50,000 per person; $100,000 per <br />occurrence; $10,000 property destruction; $50,000 <br />and $100,000 for loss of means of support; <br />Satisfactory Sheriff's Department background <br />checks; <br />No glass containers allowed in the park; <br />No beer - drinking contests allowed; <br />Personnel to ensure there is no under -age <br />drinking. <br />* Personnel is required to monitor parking and parking <br />lots and do crowd - control. <br />* Parking is allowed in designated parking lots only. An <br />additional permit is required to allow on- street <br />parking on DeSoto Street and Eli Road. No on- street <br />parking on Centerville Road will be allowed. <br />* Vehicular access within the park is limited to the <br />operator of the concession stand and to emergency <br />vehicles. <br />-2- <br />Page 3 <br />
