* Tournament hours and usage of the park must be in compliance with the City's Park Ordinance. * Field preparation and maintenance is the responsibility of the tournament operator. Field maintenance practices must be reviewed with and approved by the Park & Recreation Director. At the conclusion of the tournament, fields must be dragged and rutted areas filled and compacted. If the City is asked to do this work, the tournament operator will be required to reimburse the City for the cost of time and materials. * Any equipment to be used in the park for either maintenance activities or for use in the concession stand, must be identified and approved by the City. * The tournament operator must submit a site plan to the City identifying the areas where tournament activities and events will occur. * The operator of the tournament must compile a list of tournament and City rules which is to be provided to all managers of all teams participating in the tournament. City staff must be provided with a copy of these rules and approve them prior to distribution. * As a result of the tournament, should it be necessary to have portable toilets serviced, tournament operators will bear this cost. * Operators of the tournament must notify the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department of the dates and times of the event. * Any group desiring to hold raffles, bingo, or sell pull -tabs as part of their tournament would be subject to compliances with the State's and City's gambling regulations. Note: The City's gambling ordinance requires non - profit organizations have maintained a City address for at least three years prior to application. * The privilege of using the City's park facilities can be revoked at any time due to misuse of the building or other issues of concern as determined by the City. This includes discontinuance of a tournament in progress if deemed appropriate by the City. -3- Page 4
