However, they limit the number of <br />dogs /cats per household to a total of four. <br />Little Canada: <br />Three dogs are allowed per household. No limit on the number of cats <br />allowed. No kennel licenses issued. <br />Maplewood: <br />Two dogs and two cats allowed per household. <br />North St. Paul: <br />Two dogs and two cats allowed per household. If residents desire more <br />than two dogs, they must apply for a kennel license. <br />Roseville: <br />Two dogs allowed per household. If residents want more than that <br />amount, they must apply for a kennel license. No limit on the number <br />of cats allowed per household. <br />Shoreview: <br />Three dogs allowed per household. No limit on cats. No kennels <br />allowed. <br />Vadnais Heights: <br />Two dogs allowed per household. If residents want more than that <br />amount, they must apply for a kennel license. They do not license <br />cats. <br />White Bear Lake: <br />Three dogs allowed per household. If residents want more than that <br />amount, they must apply for a kennel license.
