MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 14, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />March, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:00 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Dennis Davison <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the February 9, 1995 <br />minutes, those minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />PUD & FINAL Mr. Steve Bienke, Fine Line Design appeared before <br />PLAT - the Commission requesting PUD and Final Plat approval <br />HERITAGE for Heritage Office Park. Bienke reported that the <br />OFFICE PARK building sizes have been reduced to a total of 22,680 <br />square feet. This allowed additional room between the <br />buildings, so that the setback between some of the <br />buildings is now 20 feet. <br />Bienke reported that they are continuing their <br />negotiations with NSP regarding construction of garages <br />on the powerline easement. Until that issue is <br />resolved, Bienke stated that they would prefer to leave <br />the lot lines as proposed. Should NSP deny their <br />request, the lot lines would be adjusted accordingly. <br />Bienke pointed out that NSP does not own the land, but <br />rather holds an easement over it.
