Hanson <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing to Rezone the property located at 2858 Centerville Road from Industrial - <br />Park (1 -P) District to Public (P) District for possible redevelopment as the City's Public Works /Parks Garage. <br />PROPERTY LOCATION: <br />Former Brings Property <br />2858 Centerville Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at its regular meeting scheduled for <br />Thursday, February 13, 2014. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at their <br />regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may <br />be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, <br />February 13, 2014 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2014. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing- impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request.
