MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 12, 2014 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />want to impact the owner's ability to make improvements to the shopping <br />center. <br />McGraw asked if there would still be one entry to The Hookah Hideout. <br />Nelson replied that there would be, but noted that there will be two <br />backdoors for the space which would not be used as entrances. <br />Blesener noted that there have been no police reports on the business. <br />Nelson indicated that his business has always passed compliance checks. <br />Blesener indicated that none of the City's tobacco license holders have <br />failed compliance checks in the past year. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -2 -31— APPROVING THE RELOCATION <br />OF THE HOOKAH HIDEOUT WITHIN THE LITTLE CANADA <br />ROAD SHOPPING CENTERS AS REQUESTED BY DAVID NELSON <br />TO THE NEW SPACE THAT WAS DESIGNATED BY THE <br />BUILDING OWNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -2 -32 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ST. <br />JOHN'S CHURCH FOR THEIR SPAGHETTI DINNER TO BE <br />HELD FEBRUARY22, 2014; <br />*APPROVAL OF 2014 CONTRACT WITH SAFEASSURE FOR <br />SAFETY TRAINING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0).
