Tipping fees are only known though 2012. Should tipping fees be different <br />than what is depicted in this Attachment, then the appropriate adjustments shall be made. Failure by the <br />Contractor to notify the City of the need to make any upward adjustments in the allotted time frame shall not be <br />applied retroactively. <br />* *The Fuel Surcharge Fee is based on Attachment "C" utilizing Midwest No. 2 diesel prices. The Fuel <br />Surcharge shall be adjusted quarterly using Attachment "C" pursuant to Contract Provision D.3. It shall applied to <br />Recycling and Collection Fees only. <br />Each homeowner will be allowed to make a service selection size once per year. Additional selections during the <br />year would require a $15 administrative fee payable to the City. <br />All service sizes will include the disposal of one Christmas tree per year from every residential dwelling unit as <br />long as the tree is not wrapped in a plastic bag and is free of ornaments and tinsel. <br />Taxes (Environmental Services, Disposal, and Sales, if any): <br />The Contractor will retain the responsibility for billing the City for all appropriate taxes associated with the services <br />they provide. Furthermore, the Contractor will be responsible for remitting all the taxes billed to the City with said <br />
