MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 23, 2014 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />AWARD BID <br />FOR <br />2014 <br />STREET AND <br />TRAIL <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -4 -75 - INCREASING THE ON -SALE <br />LIQUOR LICENSE FEE TO $4,592 AND THE ON -SALE WINE <br />LICENSE FEE TO $663 EFFECTIVE WITH THE 2014 -2015 <br />RENEWAL YEAR AND AMENDING THE CITY'S FEE SCHEDULE <br />ACCORDINGLY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -4 -76 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*CALL FOR WORKSHOP MEETING WITH LITTLE CANADA FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT FOR MAY 28, 2014 AT 6:00 P.M.; <br />*DESIGNATE ROYAL CREDIT UNION AS AN INVESTMENT <br />DEPOSITORY FOR THE CITY; <br />*AUTHORIZE CLOSING OF TIF DISTRICT 2 -2 FUND 480 AND <br />TRANSFER BALANCE TO INFRASTRUCTURE FUND 450; <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reviewed the City Engineer's report relative to <br />bid award for 2014 Street and Trail hnprovement Projects. He noted <br />that the bids relate to work for reconstruction of Schletty Drive including <br />watermain installation, the construction of the Water Works Trail crossing <br />over the BNSF railroad, the trail realignments north of South Owasso <br />Blvd. required because of new well installations, Alternate #1 -the <br />construction of a three stall parking bay on Little Canada road for the <br />7 <br />
