MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL l 1, 2007 <br />APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYREQUEST OF ENGINEERING & <br />CONSTRUCTION INNOVATIONS FOR JESSICA COURT LIFT <br />STATION; <br />*APPROVAL OF DISPLAY CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH RES <br />SPECIALTY PYROTECHNICS FOR THE CANADIAN DAYS FIRE <br />WORKS DISPLAYAND AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RAMSEY The City Administrator presented a proposed Agreement with Ramsey <br />COUNTY County allowing for cold-in-place recycling for a portion of the Viking <br />AGREEMENT- Drive improvement. The Administrator reported that the City Attorney <br />VIKING has proposed some language clarifications to this Agreement, and <br />DRIVE recommended approval subject to those changes. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-4-89 -APPROVING THE RAMSEY <br />COUNTYAGREEMENT FOR COLD-IN--PLACE RECYCLING ONA <br />PORTION OF VIKING DRIVE SUBJECT TO MODIFICATIONAND <br />APPROVAL BY THE CITYATTORNEYANDAUTHORlZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />OASIS The City Administrator indicated that he has nothing new to report on the <br />PROPERTY proposed acquisition of the Oasis property. He indicated that he has a call <br />UPDATE in to the property owner, and hopefully will be able to discuss the matter <br />with him very shortly. The Administrator noted that the closing for 91 <br />Viking Drive is scheduled for April 23`a <br />FIRE The City Administrator reported that the City received I7 bids for the roof <br />STATION replacement project on the fire station located at 325 Little Canada Road. <br />ROOF The low bid was received from All Systems Roofing in the amount of <br />6 <br />
