MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL l 1, 2007 APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYREQUEST OF ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION INNOVATIONS FOR JESSICA COURT LIFT STATION; *APPROVAL OF DISPLAY CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH RES SPECIALTY PYROTECHNICS FOR THE CANADIAN DAYS FIRE WORKS DISPLAYAND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RAMSEY The City Administrator presented a proposed Agreement with Ramsey COUNTY County allowing for cold-in-place recycling for a portion of the Viking AGREEMENT- Drive improvement. The Administrator reported that the City Attorney VIKING has proposed some language clarifications to this Agreement, and DRIVE recommended approval subject to those changes. Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2007-4-89 -APPROVING THE RAMSEY COUNTYAGREEMENT FOR COLD-IN--PLACE RECYCLING ONA PORTION OF VIKING DRIVE SUBJECT TO MODIFICATIONAND APPROVAL BY THE CITYATTORNEYANDAUTHORlZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. OASIS The City Administrator indicated that he has nothing new to report on the PROPERTY proposed acquisition of the Oasis property. He indicated that he has a call UPDATE in to the property owner, and hopefully will be able to discuss the matter with him very shortly. The Administrator noted that the closing for 91 Viking Drive is scheduled for April 23`a FIRE The City Administrator reported that the City received I7 bids for the roof STATION replacement project on the fire station located at 325 Little Canada Road. ROOF The low bid was received from All Systems Roofing in the amount of 6
