The Site Plan identifies the location of the existing Pylon (the new Pylon will be constructed
somewhere between the two entrances shown on the site plan), the elimination of the middle
curb cut on Country Drive and the addition of a fenced -in patio selling space.
ARCHNET
©©©
or<no mso.coon
DOCK66 '•OaO
33a1 COUNTRY OR
PPM
9rei.e
LAIODSCAOZ PLAN
We believe the complete redevelopment of the property as the largest retail furniture complex in the
State will make this location something Little Canada and we can be proud of. The finished building will
be significantly more esthetically pleasing than the current design. While we would be tripling the retail
presence of the building, we have only requested increases to some areas of the PUD. This is the
minimal amount of changes we could make and still offer coordinated marketing efforts with our other
Twin Cities' showrooms and brands without creating any hardships.
