FAX 651 .361..$9'19 <br />I'm writing today to request a partial refund of the Rental Housing Licensing fee that we paid in July <br />2013 in the amount of $1,556. On May 29, 2014 we sold the Grand Pre East Apartment building. <br />Per your memorandum dated June 25, 2013 the fee we paid will expire on 6/30/2015. It would appear <br />that this fee covered two years and if that is true we ask that you refund the 2nd year the fee covered <br />(6/30/14-15) in the amount of $778. <br />In addition to the fee we paid last year we've paid fees of $3,100 on 10/15/09 and 1/30/12 in addition <br />to completing the inspection requirement of the program at a cost of $5,290 (paid to an inspection <br />contractor). <br />It's our understanding that the new owner will need to obtain their own license and pay their own fee <br />going forward so to refund our fee related to the same time period seems reasonable. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Sincerely, <br />L3 <br />cAtrr Y-/ <br />George Polley <br />Accounting Manager <br />Jl)V 0 <br />311 <br />
