MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 25, 2007 <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORTS ON THE CURRENT STATUS OF <br />THE PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RECESS At this point in the meeting, 10:20 p.m., Council took a short recess. The <br />meeting was reconvened at 10:28 p.m. <br />VALOR The City Attorney reported that the City has served an Answer and <br />ENTERPRISES Counterclaim to the Valor Enterprises action against the City relative to <br />the temporary restraining order. The matter is now in Ramsey County <br />District Court. <br />CONSENT Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2006-7-4-106 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />~;4PPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF THE RENEWAL OF SAFETY TRAINING <br />CONTRACT WITH SAFEASSURE AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />APPROVING GOOSE CONTROL MEASURES AS PROPOSED BY <br />DR. COOPER OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA; <br />*APPROVAL OF MUNICIPAL STATEAID STREET SYSTEM <br />ADJUSTEMENTS S PROPOSED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
