MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 25, 2014 AMEND PUI) — 3213 COUNTRY DRIVE — PALLET SERVICES through 1 p.m. located in the north parking lot of Saxon Lanes. The request is to operate from June ls` through October 31s`, 4 hours per day (either morning or afternoon) with the location to be either the north lot or south lot as shown on the plan depending on the needs of Saxon Lanes. The City Planner recommended approval of the amendment as requested. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Boss, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was closed. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2014-6-106—APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OFA SEASONAL FARMERS' MARKET AT 61 LITTLE CANADA ROAD BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS JUNE 6, 2014 REPORT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Blesener noted that Pallet Service has requested that consideration of their request for an Amendment to Planned Unit Development Permit for permanent outdoor storage of construction materials at 3213 Country Drive be tabled until the July 23`' Council meeting. The Planning Commission has tabled this matter until their July 10th meeting. The City is in receipt of a 60 -Day Waiver Form from Pallet Services. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2014-6-107 - TABLING ACTION ON THE AMENDMENT TO PUD PERMIT REQUEST MADE BY PALLET SERVICES FOR PROPERTY AT 3213 COUNTRY DRIVE UNTIL THE JULY 23, 2014 COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour.
