In the meantime, the Administrator <br />recommended approval of a 30 -day extension of the Fire Department <br />Contract. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-6-113 — APPROVING A ONE MONTH <br />EXTENSION OF THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator recommended Council's approval of the City's <br />participation in the State Auditor's 2014 performance Measurement <br />program which will result in a reimbursement to the City of $.14 per <br />capita. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-6-114 — DECLARING THE CITY'S <br />PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFICE OF THE STATE AUDITOR'S <br />2014 PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT PROGRAM <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reviewed the Code Enforcement Officer's <br />recommendation to proceed with nuisance abatement at 2894 Vanderbie <br />Road. He noted that this has been an on-going problem for the City. <br />The Administrator also pointed out that the proper notices have been sent. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-6-115 — AUTHORIZING NUISANCE <br />ABATEMENT AT 2894 VANDERBIE ROAD AS RECOMMENDED <br />BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br />21 <br />
