MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 2014 <br />of $1.94/1,000 cubic feet. The Superintendent reported that Little Canada <br />actually owes Roseville an additional $91,646 and recommended payment <br />of such. The City of Roseville has since reviewed this information and is <br />in agreement. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-9-175 —AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT <br />OF AN ADDITIONAL $91,646 TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR <br />LITTLE CANADA'S USAGE OF THEIR WATER DURING THE <br />TIME PERIOD THAT THE LITTLE CANADA WATER TOWER WAS <br />DOWN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AIR QUALITY The Public Works Superintendent reported that the City entered into a <br />MONITORING lease agreement with the MN PCA which enabled them to set up an air <br />STATION quality monitoring station within the fenced in area at the City's Booster <br />LEASE Station on County Road B. This lease was extended in 2013. The <br />AMENDMENT responsibility for the air quality monitoring stations has now been passed <br />WITH MN PCA on to the MN Department of Health so the agreement needs to be amended <br />to reflect this change. The new agreement is also for a term of four years <br />and ten months extended through August 31, 2019. The rent for this lease <br />is $50 per month to the City. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-9-176 — APPROVING THE AIR QUALITY <br />MONITORING STATION LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE MN <br />DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT AND AUTHORZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
