The Administrator noted the drainage <br />issues that need to be addressed on the property as well as the poor soils <br />that make it difficult to support masonry building materials. <br />There was additional discussion about the ability for the City to <br />accommodate the car sales license holders, but the Administrator again <br />noted that the Code does not provide for temporary accommodations of <br />this nature. The only way would be if there was an active CUP for auto <br />sales on another property in Ryan Industrial Park. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-11-209 —APPROVING THE CONTINUED <br />USE OF THE SMALL OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA ON THE EAST <br />SIDE OF THE R USS FISCHER PROPERTY AT 200-208 RYAN <br />DRIVE AS WELL AS ALLOWING MR. FISCHER TO PLACE A <br />TEMPORARY STORAGE POD ON THE PROPERTY FOR HIS OWN <br />USE UNTIL APRIL 1, 2014 WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT A <br />TEMPORARY STORAGE CONTAINER WOULD BE PERMITTED <br />ON THE PROPERTY ONCE THE BUILDING PERMIT IS APPLIED <br />FOR, AND WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IF MR. FISCHER <br />CANNOT APPLY FOR A BUILDING PERMIT WITHIN 180 DAYS <br />OF THE DATE THE BUILDING WAS DESTROYED THAT HE <br />INTENDS TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION FOR APPLICATION FOR <br />THE BUILDING PERMIT AS WELL AS FOR USE OF THE <br />TEMPORARY STORAGE POD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-11-210 — REVOKING THE INDOOR <br />RETAIL AUTO SALES LICENSES FOR NOVA AUTO SALES, 200 <br />RYAN DRIVE, AND FOR PONY AUTO SALES, 202 RYAN DRIVE, <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Administrator again noted that notice of revocation will be send to <br />these businesses.
