MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 15, 2014 <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-12-225 — ADOPTING THE 2015 TAX LEVY <br />FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA AS FOLLOWS: <br />GROSS TAX LEVY $Z878,351 <br />General Fund $2,593,856 <br />Fire Equipment Fund $127,295 <br />Infrastructure Fund $157,200 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-12-226 — APPROVING THE BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS TAX LEVY REDUCTIONS AS RECOMMENDED <br />BY CITY STAFF WHICH RESULT IN NO BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS TAX LEVY FOR G.O. BONDS 2008A AND G.O. <br />BONDS 2014A <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Administrator noted that the City's 5 -Year Capital Improvement Plan <br />is a part of the 2015 Budget document. Any major items planned for 2015 <br />will be brought hack for Council action during 2015. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-12-226 — RATIFYING THE 2015 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PLAN AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
