MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 24, 2007 <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Ms. Allan inhoduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-I-18 -APPROVING THE DIVISION OF 57 <br />EAST BRYAN STREET INTO TWO SINGLE-FAMILY LOTS AS <br />REQUESTED BYJIMBOSS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH <br />THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITYPLANNER AND THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VALOR Mayor Blesener noted that Fred Sedaghat, Valor Enterprises, has <br />ENTERPRISES- requested that action on his applications, as follows, be tabled at this <br />3161-3167 time: <br />SPRUCE <br />STREET Conditional Use Permit for retail motor vehicles sales lot; <br />Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage of repairable motor <br />vehicles and storage containers; <br />Text Amendment to the City Code increasing the maximum <br />number of retail motor vehicles sales licenses (outdoor) from four <br />(4) to five (5). <br />Automotive Indoor Retail Sales License <br />Automotive Outdoor Retail Sales License <br />Automotive Repair License. <br />It was noted that Mr. Sedaghat has signed the appropriate waivers under <br />Minnesota Statute 15.99. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
