FRED SEDAGHAT, <br />VALOR ENTERPRISES: <br />• Cozzditimzal Use Permit for retail motor vehicles sales lat; <br />• Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage of repairable zuotor vehicles <br />and storage contaizzers; <br />• Text Amendment to the City Code increasing the maximum number of <br />retail motor vehicles sales licenses (outdoor) front four (4) to,five (5). <br />• Automotive Zndoor Retail Sales Licezzse <br />• Automotive Outdoor Retail Sales License <br />^ Automotive Repair License <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-1-20-APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />''^APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />~APPROVINGPAYREQUEST#I FROMENGINEERING& <br />CONSTRUCTION INNOVATIONS FOR THE COUNTYROAD B-2 <br />AND JESSICA COURT LIFT STATION <br />The Foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ELECTRONIC The City Planner submitted a report to the Council on the issue of <br />BILLBOARDS electronic billboards, and suggested that it be discussed at a future <br />meeting. The Planner indicated that he will continue to monitor the status <br />of this issue in other communities. The City currently has a moratorium <br />on freeway siguage which runs througlr September 26, 2007. The City <br />
