MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AP12IL 8, 2015 <br />Keis asked if the City has a signed agreement with the County for this <br />project. The Administrator replied that he did not, but stated we will need <br />that document before the award of bids for the project and before the bond <br />sale. <br />The Administrator recommended that the public hearing for the bond sale <br />occur at the April 22nd Council meeting. He noted that it would be subject <br />to a reverse referendum, similar to the program that was used to finance <br />the Public Works project. <br />McGraw asked if the County has approved the construction plans. The <br />Administrator reported that the City Engineer has been working with the <br />County on a couple of plan modification. The construction plans should <br />be finalized very soon. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-4-71— CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />THE INTENTION TO ISSUE GENERAL OBLIGATION STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION PLAN BONDS AND THE PROPOSAL TO <br />ADOPT A STREET RECONSTRUCTION PLAN THEREOF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />JSC REQUEST The City Administrator reviewed his April 3, 2015 reported relative to the <br />FOR JSC request for additional reimbursable for the Public Works project. The <br />ADDITIONAL request is for an additional $19,590 for additional time associated with the <br />REIMBURSE- construction of the building. The Administrator reported that there were <br />ABLES some delays relative to Fabcon panel, girders, and the weather that were <br />through no fault of the construction manager. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-4-72 — APPROVING UP TO $19,590 IN <br />ADDITIONAL REIMBURSEABLES TO JAMES STEELE <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR ADDITIONAL TIME ASSOCIATED WITH <br />THE PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />5 <br />
