The City <br />Administrator indicated that they could come from the City's Cable TV <br />budget. <br />McGraw felt that having high quality feed from the security cameras was <br />justification for the added expense. Montour asked about the connection <br />to the Roseville Middle School. The Administrator indicated that once the <br />MN PASS project is complete, the Middle School connection will likely <br />be added given the cable needs to be drilled under the freeway. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-4 73 — APPROVING THE INSTALLATION <br />OF A FIBER LINE TO SERVICE THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE IT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that there are four properties in the <br />Canabury Square Condominiums that have deferred Housing <br />Improvement (HIA) assessments that have lost the status needed to allow <br />the assessment to remain deferred. <br />Given that the property owners involved were notified that this matter will <br />be considered at the April 22, 2015 Council meeting, this issued will be <br />brought back to the Council at that time. <br />The City Administrator reviewed the City Clerk's report dated April 6, <br />2015 recommending approval of roll shade window treatments for the <br />15 windows at City I-Iall ($5,346), purchase of three chairs for lobby <br />seating ($775.29), the purchase of a kitchen table and six chairs <br />($1,982.34), new appliances for the kitchen ($1,600), and the addition of <br />two cabinets in the kitchen ($1,200). There will also be the need for some <br />electrical wiring costs as part of this work.
