MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 14, 2007 <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-3-58 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />APPROVAL OF PAYREQUEST FOR JESSICA COURT LIFT <br />STATION REPAIR FROM GENERAL REPAIR SERVICES AS <br />RECOMMENDED SY THE CITY ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVAL OF FINAL PAY ESTIMATE #I FOR SLEEPY <br />HOLLOW POND MAINTENANCE FROM PARK CONSTRUCTION; <br />CALLING FOR A COUNCIL WORKSHOP TO DISCUSS 2007 <br />GOALS/ACTION PLANS FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL II, 2007AT <br />6:00 P.M.; <br />CALLING FOR A JOINT COUNCIL WORKSHOP WITH THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION TO DISCUSS OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25, 2007AT 6:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour noted that the information update workshop was suggested for <br />Monday, March 26°i. Montour reported that he will be out-of--town that <br />day, and requested that the workshop be scheduled for another day. It was <br />the consensus of the Council that the workshop be held on Monday, April <br />9"' at 5:00 p.m. <br />Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2007-3-59 -CALLING FOR AN INFORMATION <br />UPDATE WORKSHOP FOR MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2007AT 5:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />OUTDOOR The City Attorney presented the Council with a proposed ordinance that <br />STORAGE would establish a moratorium on outdoor storage within the Light <br />MORATORIUM Industrial Zoning District. It was noted that the moratorium will give the <br />Council time to study the issue of outdoor storage in the I-1 District and <br />
