Resolution declared adopted. <br />WORKSHOP The City Administrator reported that Roger Stanke, representing the Ryan <br />WITH Industrial Park property owners, has requested a workshop with the City <br />RYAN Council to discuss zoning issues relative to the I-1 Zoning District as well <br />INDUSTRIAL as the continuation of the Frattalone recycling operation. The <br />PARK Administrator noted that the Frattalone interim use permit expires <br />PROPERTY September 30, 2009, and Mr. Frattalone must apply for renewal by <br />OWNERS September 30, 2008. While specifics related to the potential for extension <br />of the interim use permit will not be discussed, the Administrator indicated <br />that the Ryan Industrial Park property owners will be advised of the timing <br />and process for reviewing the permit. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2007-11-289 -CALLING FOR A WORKSHOP <br />MEETING WITH RYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK PROPERTY OWNERS <br />TO REVIEW ZONING CODE ISSUES RELATIVE TO I-I ZONING <br />DISTRICT AND FRATTALONE INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />MONDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2007AT 5:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
