The City
3040 Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended approval of
LABORE ROAD - this permit with the condition that there be no retail sales of firearms.
RYAN BUCK
The City Planner indicated that the home occupation proposed would
require a Special Use Permit. He noted that the City's review authority for
these types of permits is generally after the first year and then at three year
intervals. He noted that the Planning Commission felt the home
occupation proposed was appropriate and would meet the City's
requirements. The applicant has indicated that it is a low volume business,
there would be no retail sales, and the delivery of goods to be engraved
would be via UPS.
