More detailed information is required to analyze each housing <br />component in regards to lot sizes, lot widths and depths and setbacks. <br />Building setback is shown at 30 feet along interior local road and at 50 feet along CSAH <br />32/Ash Street and CSAH 21/Centerville Road. Rear setbacks are listed at 30 feet; <br />however, the plans indicate varying setbacks and are confusing to read. This will need to <br />be clarified. <br />al <br />
