Building Design Standards More information is required regarding the proposed single family, townhome and senior rental building design standards. All housing units shall meet the minimum building design standards as established in the zoning ordinance. Lot dimensions are not provided for the twin homes. The multi -family senior rental parcel is 7.9 acres. Additional comments: • Lots shall not extend into the stormwater ponds. Rear lot lines may extend up to but may not across the 100 year HWL elevation. • Lots shall not extend into wetland conservation buffer. • Lot dimensions shall be provided for the twin homes. • No single family buildable lot area shall be less than 8,750 s.f.
