Building Design Standards <br />More information is required regarding the proposed single family, townhome and senior <br />rental building design standards. Rear lot lines may extend up to <br />but may not across the 100 year HWL elevation. <br />• Lots shall not extend into wetland conservation buffer. <br />• Lot dimensions shall be provided for the twin homes. <br />• No single family buildable lot area shall be less than 8,750 s.f. (70' x 125') <br />• No twin home buildable lot area shall be less than 7,500 s.f. (60' x 125') <br />• More information is needed on both the twin homes and senior rentals. <br />• Depending on the improvements needed for CR J/Centerville Road intersection, <br />the driveway to the senior rentals may need to be relocated. <br />• Block length shall not exceed 1,5001.f. <br />• Blocks over 900 feet require 10 foot wide pedestrian corridor. <br />• Landscape buffer is required along CSAH 32/Ash Street and CSAH <br />21/Centerville Road. <br />5 <br />
