Silt fence and/or sediment control logs need to be shown at all wetland locations where <br />construction is proposed and/or nearby and show silt fencing between proposed pond and <br />existing drainage channel where storm sewer is shown. <br />9. Identify seeding and restoration of disturbed areas. <br />10. Include HWL, NWL, and bottom elevation in pond detail. <br />11. Identify Gopher State One Call Ticket Number to verify all existing utilities are identified <br />on the plans. <br />12. General Notes updates: <br />• Update note 3 to identify the latest version of the City General Specifications and <br />Detail Plates dated 2016. <br />Update note 4 to identify a minimum notification to the City Public Works of 72 <br />hours (not 48). <br />13. Water Main Notes updates: <br />Update note 2 to the following verbiage: Maintain 24-inch minimum vertical <br />clearance between sewer and water main crossings. Maintain 10-foot horizontal <br />clearance between water main and sewer. <br />• Update note 4 to remove the "if applicable" note. <br />14. Sanitary Sewer Notes updates: <br />• Add the following note: Sanitary sewer pipes to be joined to the sanitary <br />manholes with approved resilient rubber joint to make them gas tight or water <br />tight. Connections to existing sanitary manholes shall be core drilled. <br />15. Storm Sewer Notes updates: <br />• Update note 4 to include the following verbiage: All joints to be wrapped with <br />geotextile fabric (STR-11). <br />16. The project plans need to include Erosion Control Notes. <br />17. The applicant shall review the southwest corner of the north parking lot which may have <br />standing water as proposed. <br />18. Identify boulevard grades to verify minimum grade of 2% and maximum of 4:1 slopes. <br />19.
